02 / The difference is in the detail

Every junction deserves attention.

Fine-flake floor detail with wheel and architectural light reflections — Interiors

The floor sets the tone.

Slate tones, controlled gloss or a discreet flake finish. Texture and finish are considered alongside the light, the cars and the way you use the garage.

Integrated wall charger beside timber slats and graphite storage — Interiors

Technology finds its place.

Charging, cables and storage belong in the composition. The electrical solution is assessed for the property and the intended equipment.

Energy and solar self-consumption

Design and supplies are specified for your garage. EV charging is assessed and quoted separately.

04 / The experience matters too

Your time, respected.

A well-prepared conversation.

We share references and understand the collection, the available space and the atmosphere you want.

Clear oversight.

One contact and agreed updates, with photographs and video for owners following the project from abroad.

A considered handover.

A joint review, use and maintenance instructions, and a record of what was agreed. The vehicle-return date is defined.

Considered for your residence.

For a villa in La Moraleja, Alcobendas, or a property in La Finca, Pozuelo de Alarcón, the address and access guide the assessment. The gallery can continue the language of the house or become a distinct private space. Each project is assessed at its actual location.

For property advisers and owner representatives.

A garage ready to welcome the collection can be part of arriving at a new home. We coordinate the enquiry with the owner’s representative, bringing references, assessment and programme together before vehicle delivery.

Introduce a client project

The details, when you want them.

Can you transform my existing garage?

Yes. We begin with dimensions, access, use and the condition of the space. The proposal connects your desired composition with the assessment, including floor, lighting, walls and storage within the chosen scope.

Which floor finishes can I choose?

We can assess slate tones, gloss or flake finishes and polyaspartic systems suited to the intended use. Samples, substrate preparation, product and maintenance requirements are defined before installation.

How long will it take, and when can the cars return?

The programme is agreed after assessing the space and supplies. Installation duration and the date vehicles can return are separate: vehicle return follows the chosen system’s instructions and curing conditions.

How is the connection to the house protected?

Preparation can create noise, dust and odours. Before work starts, we define access, protection, extraction and ventilation around the products and the connection to the home.

Can you integrate EV charging?

Yes, following assessment of the installation, available capacity and equipment. Electrical scope, installation and applicable requirements are identified in the proposal; high-power charging capacity is not assumed.

Can I follow the project from another country?

Yes. We agree a contact, update language, photo or video records and approval points. Decisions requiring physical samples or a visit are also identified.

What is agreed before commissioning?

Work, materials, supplies, programme, site protection, payment conditions and warranty terms. Technical and administrative requirements are assessed for the intervention; an absence of formalities is not assumed.
