Follow progress through your named contact. Changes, additional costs and programme implications are documented for approval.

Review work against the scope, record outstanding items and receive the agreed documents and care guidance.

Before your project begins
Do you take on smaller renovations?
Yes. Kitchens, bathrooms, garages and defined interior or outdoor upgrades can be planned individually. We assess the work, location and suitable delivery arrangements.
Can I arrange work before or after buying?
Yes. Share a listing, available plans and intended changes for an initial discussion. Costs and technical feasibility require an appropriate property assessment.
Can I renovate while living abroad?
Yes. We agree a named contact, access, reporting and written approvals. Some decisions require physical samples or professional inspections at the property.
How do I get a proposal?
Tell us the country, area and work you have in mind. We discuss the next assessment and define the works, exclusions and any professional services before proposing the project.
