A structured weekly update can include photographs, work completed, upcoming milestones, outstanding decisions and approved budget changes. Scheduled video reviews support important stages. Your agreement defines the reporting, site access, decision authority and handover arrangements.
Before your project begins
Do you take on smaller renovations?
Yes. Kitchens, bathrooms, garages and defined interior or outdoor upgrades can be planned individually. We assess the work, location and suitable delivery arrangements.
Can I arrange work before or after buying?
Yes. Share a listing, available plans and intended changes for an initial discussion. Costs and technical feasibility require an appropriate property assessment.
Can I renovate while living abroad?
Yes. We agree a named contact, access, reporting and written approvals. Some decisions require physical samples or professional inspections at the property.
How do I get a proposal?
Tell us the country, area and work you have in mind. We discuss the next assessment and define the works, exclusions and any professional services before proposing the project.
