Know what needs a closer look.
Layout, structure, existing installations, access and permissions affect feasibility and cost. Listing photographs support an initial discussion; they cannot establish a definitive quotation or technical condition.
Where appropriate, we agree a paid site assessment and relevant professional input before you commission it. This is not legal due diligence, a valuation or a substitute for an independent technical survey.
From first ideas to handover
A clear next step, at every stage.

First conversation
Share your property, how you want to live and the changes you have in mind. The introductory consultation is free; you decide whether to proceed to an assessment.

Assessment & scope
We agree the site assessment and any paid technical input before commissioning it. You receive a scope identifying constraints, investigations and specialist requirements.
- 03
Proposal & budget
Review the defined works, inclusions, exclusions, allowances, applicable taxes and payment milestones. Approve the proposal before the project proceeds.

Design & preparation
Develop layouts, materials and lighting with the relevant professionals. Approve selections and agree access, permissions, responsibilities and the programme.

Construction & decisions
Receive weekly reports, photographs and scheduled video reviews. Changes are documented with cost and timing implications for approval before execution; urgent protective work follows the agreed procedure.
- 06
Checks, handover & care
Review the work in person or through an agreed remote arrangement. Record outstanding items, receive the agreed documents and discuss ongoing home care.
Before we begin.
Can I renovate while living abroad?
Yes. We agree access, a designated contact, weekly reporting, scheduled video reviews and a record of approvals. Physical inspections happen at the property; some selections need physical samples or a visit.
Can we discuss a property before I buy it?
Yes. Send the listing link, available plans and your intended changes for a free introductory discussion. A definitive quotation or technical opinion requires an appropriate property assessment.
Who contracts and coordinates the renovation?
Aurea Homes invoices the client and coordinates delivery through its own teams and regional partners. The proposal identifies responsibilities and any separately commissioned technical services.
How are additional costs handled?
Changes are recorded with scope, price and programme implications for written approval before execution. Allowances, unforeseen conditions and urgent protective work are addressed in the project agreement.
Are design consultations included?
The introductory consultation is free. The proposal defines further consultations, layout and interior-design work, material selection, lighting and any separately priced assessments or technical services.
How is handover arranged if I cannot travel?
We agree an in-person or remote review, identify outstanding items and provide the documents included in the scope. Arrival preparation and ongoing property care can be arranged separately.
